Her BlueWear Uniforms (HBWU) was founded by entrepreneur Denise Czack and vested veteran Officer Tanya Czack.
The idea for HBWU was born when Officer Tanya gave chase to two juvenile offenders and (once again) ripped the seat of her uniform pants while jumping a fence. It was the sixth time in as many months that something had gone wrong with her uniform. She was frustrated and took her anger to a dirty martini at happy hour with her friend and sister-in-law, Denise.
Denise refused to accept the conformity, and both ladies began to brainstorm ideas about creating uniforms – starting from the bottom (her pants). Their goal was to provide the safest, most comfortable options for women in public safety. HBWU was founded by women and for women across the United States—our product development process starts and ends with our women in uniform.
